A sneak peak into Murree & the 'Big Bro', Nathiagali

Murree and Nathiagali are the most visited hill stations in the North of Pakistan. I am sure you all have visited more often than you remember, however that does not have a positive impact on the environment (that's a conflict-we'll come on that later). Located in the lush hills of Himalayas, Murree is one of Pakistan's most beloved hill stations, attracting visitors of all ages. Not forgetting the monkeys in Nathiagali, attracting little children to feed them bananas and the older ones to enjoy their tea with the soothing view (at times the view just includes two monkeys helping on another to get rid of the lices in their head, uhmm the whole body I guess. Not forgetting the fact that they don't kill the beloved lice, they prefer having the protein).
Honest opinion: Before my latest visit to Murree, Pakistan in the year 2024, I thought Murree was ruined and extremely polluted due to the increase in constant tourism there. However, this trip just changed everything; my opinion.

Why should you go to Murree or Nathiagali?

• Scenic views with luxury and comfortable hotelling.

• A refreshing escape from the summer heat, perfect for all ages.

• Thrilling chairlift rides and family-friendly parks.

• Adventurous tracks like Mushkpuri and Lalasar. (To add more adventure get off of the track, through the jungle find your way to your destination. Please take permission from your parents so I'm not the one being cursed and do it on your own risk since there are a few wild animals like cheetahs that you may encounter but trust me, they are more scared of us than we are of them).

• One of many mind blowing waterfalls in Pakistan, but the nearest one- Umbrella Waterfall will be the best nature's pool and fountain at the same time.

• Note for children: If you are trying to convince your mother who is really glued to her decision for not going, tell her about the Mall Road, the biggest bazar in the North with the richest culture and best handcrafted clothes. If youre still unable to convince, bribe her with the Pashmina shawls being sold on the widest more like wildest scales. Make sure that does not lead to a refuse from your dad or maybe he can just hide his wallet.
